A beautiful copper color in your glass after 18 days of skin contact. Quite an aromatic nose with apples, grapefruit and a sweet hint of honey. On the palate you’ll sense lemon pith, apples, and other orchard fruits. A dried orange peel note lingers on the finish. Mineral driven and totally refreshing. Bottled unfiltered.
